1. Contact us
Include the email you used, the page or step where the issue occurred, any error message, and a screenshot if possible. That speeds things up.
2. Install and sign-in
If you completed purchase but the app does not yet show your membership, first check the sign-in link in your inbox and make sure you sign in with the same email address.
3. Chrome Browser Helper Extension
First make sure the VideoDownloader macOS app is installed and running, then trigger the extension from the browser.
If the extension does not pass the current page into the app, include the website URL, browser version, app version, and the exact steps you took.
